I have a complete weekly meal plan all typed up and also a shopping list for foods to buy. Totally getting back on the diet. I’ve tried to balance everything out equally over the week. I haven’t worked out the calories, I’m not bothered about that. I’ve gone for the foods I know are healthy and I’m not constraining myself to calories - I’ve got three healthy meals a day with a substantial snack to fit somewhere in each day. I’m also not bothered about the number on the scale this time around. Yes, I’ll weigh myself but it won’t be everyday like I used to. I’m going to focus on the inches lost, how I feel on the inside, and what I see in the mirror.
